What you can do in the Client Portal:

View and manage your upcoming and past appointments

Complete and submit intake forms and questionnaires

Send and receive secure messages with the office

Download superbills and other documents

Access your treatment records and payment history
Access the Portal

Step 1: Visit: https://elizabethwardmd.clientsecure.me/ and choose “I’m an Existing Client”.

Step 2: Enter your email address.

Step 3: Press “Send Link” and a link should be sent to your email inbox.

Step 4: Open the email and click “Sign In”. This will take you to your portal home page.

Step 5: In the right hand corner click the Message icon to send me a direct message regarding scheduling, medication, or any other concerns.

Step 6: You should receive an email notification to check your Client Portal when you receive a new message from me on Simple Practice.
