Individual Psychotherapy Medication Management

The Individual Psychotherapy + Medication Management appointment is a 45–50 minute session that provides a private and supportive atmosphere for patients to engage in meaningful psychotherapy while also monitoring the progress of any prescribed medications. This combined approach allows us to address both the psychological and biological aspects of your mental health in one integrated visit.

Private & Supportive Therapeutic Space

You will have a safe, confidential environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences through compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy.

Integrated Medication Monitoring

Ongoing assessment of how your medications are working, with adjustments made as needed to optimize effectiveness and minimize side effects.

Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Approaches

Drawing from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), insight-oriented therapy, and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) for PTSD when appropriate, tailored to your unique goals and needs.

Fees & Next Steps

The Individual Psychotherapy + Medication Management session lasts 45–50 minutes and costs $450.

 

All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth.

 

A free 10–15 minute phone consultation is available beforehand to determine if we are a good fit.
